Description

Luton Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the Council in reviewing homelessness processes. This commission will look at the initial homeless approach and the processes, procedures used to take these applications through to their conclusion, ending with discharging the Council's duty. The structure of the team also needs to be considered, looking at whether the set-up is appropriate for a changing environment.
