Description

In Compliance with HBN 00-08 / NHS Estate code, the Trust is inviting Bidders to carry out Statutory Inspections of the Trust Facilities (buildings) listed below in table 1, Appendix 1. The Statutory Inspection Surveys results should provide the NHS Estates Managers with adequate and sufficient information to allocate condition categories to their properties on a per facet basis. The Survey results should provide adequate and sufficient information to the Trust to identify the scope of the necessary remedial works required.
