Description
South Gloucestershire Council is seeking bids from organisations for the provision of a Visual Impairment Service, for all adults living in South Gloucestershire, who are over the age of 18 years and are registered as Sight Impaired or Severely Sight Impaired, as well as people who are registered and have significant sight loss, which affects their health, wellbeing and capacity, to undertake tasks to live independently. The contract is available for three years, plus an optional extension of up to two years.
