Description

The commission comprises of two separate elements:

1. A rapid montage video aimed at public audiences, with a simple tagline and memorable message that evokes a strong, positive emotional response.
Film length: guide 60-90 seconds
2. A video aimed at stakeholder audiences, conveying more detail about the purpose, importance and benefits of HERs. This video may be suited to a more corporate-style approach.
Film length: between 60 seconds and 4 minutes

The film should be visually rich and demonstrate the impact of the work of HERs, and why they do what they do. It should demonstrate the breadth of their work and the impact of that work on people and communities.

We are looking for an agency to create and deliver the films for us covering the full production process including:
o Consultations
o Script development
o For the corporate style video, filming at locations around England (maximum 5 locations, with 1 day or less shooting at each.
o Editing and post-production - select HE representatives to be consulted throughout edit as needed and to have veto on final cut.
o Music licensing as necessary
o Talent/location release forms
