Description

Birmingham City Council invited a quotation for Waste Enforcement Vehicle Recovery, no later than 12:00pm, on 17 February 2025.

Introduction
The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Vehicle Recovery Services for the Council's Waste Enforcement Department. This contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing 01 May 2025 until 30 April 2029.

Requirements/Specification
The Council currently seeks to seize vehicles that have been involved in the commissioning of offences under the Pollution Control Part of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
The Council is seeking a supplier for the provision of a vehicle recovery and storage service across the Birmingham City Council area and in neighbouring authorities.
The Council will appoint one supplier to provide vehicle recovery and storage services.

The Invitation to Quotation is being issued using the Council's e-tendering system In-tend and the remainder of the procurement process will be managed using the system. Therefore, all quotes must be submitted by Quotation providers via the In-tend system. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc
