Business Case consultant, who will procure and manage additional sub consultants as necessary
LBHF would like a Lead Consultant to act as a single point of contact and to manage the production of an Outline Business Case.
Consultants will produce a business case report that enables the Trust Committee to make a recommendation to the Council as Corporate Trustee, on a preferred solution or options for the Council to consider.
