Description
Supply of social care staff requirements for 24/7 Council operated provisions for Supported Living and Short Breaks (Direct Services). Services.
Provision and deployment of staff with the relevant skills and competencies to meet the need of adults at risk with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The provisions are operated 24/7 and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, there is a need to deploy safe staffing levels at all times and the need to secure continuity, reliable, and suitably qualified staff to cover vacancies, planned, unplanned absences including a supply on short notice.
