Description

Requirement
The agency will need to provide the following functions. NB due to the sporadic nature of the work this list is not exhaustive:
1. Design
• With direction from the F&C team plan, design, amend and artwork the required marketing materials for print
• Create infographics
• Design ad hoc materials as required (e.g. stickers, banners, exhibition stands, badges, balloons etc.)
• Create bespoke materials in-keeping with the RHC brand
• Ensure the design is in-keeping with departmental outcomes and enhances calls to action
• To be dynamic and creative within the boundaries set by the communications team

2. Video
• To work with the communications team to plan, storyboard and create compelling narratives for short film projects
• To produce high quality and emotive film for the RHC (usually on site) with a clear call to action
• To edit and amend working closely with the communications team
• To source additional materials (music and archive footage etc.) as required within the confines of copyright law
• Ability to provide subtitles
• To post produce films and export in a format that is compatible with RHC systems for use on different platforms

3. Photography
• Mood board photography concepts in accordance with communication objectives
• Plan and execute photo shoots under direction of the communications team
• Postproduction /editing



4. Account management
• Provide flexible support during office hours (and occasionally out of office hours)
• Produce status reports
• Invoicing/quotes
• Produce running workload reports (with financial information)
• Dedicated account manager for the team

5. Branding
• To champion the brand and produce high quality materials in accordance with the brand guidelines.
• To help to continue to build and promote the brand - with the goal of national and international recognition
• To support with brand strategy as the identity develops
• To support the shape and progress of the brand identity via innovative design and photography etc.
• To enhance the RHC's reputation

6. Flexibility
• To grow with the department and provide high quality collateral to very tight deadlines, with occasional out of office hours (Mon-Fri 9-5) support

7. Compatibility/innovation/creativity
• To work closely with the Fundraising and Communications department on all projects, sharing ideas and creative concepts
• To suggest new ideas/concepts to the F&C departments that may have a positive impact on audiences
• To provide support with audience analysis using other (charity) case studies

Overview of service
Design
Create a bi-annual magazine (52pp) Home Front with copy and images provided by the RHC
Create an Impact Report with copy and images provided by the RHC
Create brochures throughout the year depending on organisational need
Video
Deliver 1 film per year on different subject matter depending on organisational objectives (around 3 mins)
Photography
Conduct 6 photo shoots per year
