Description
NCHA is looking to refurbish its independent living accommodation for people over 55 years.
The schemes are mainly corridor schemes with communal areas that have been built more than 25 years ago. The aim is to improve the scheme environment in all areas to that reflect the aging process for dementia, sensory loss and other cognitive decline to help customers live independently in homely, welcoming and modern schemes.
