Description
Nottingham City Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council (hereafter 'the Authority') is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a contract to provide a cloud based service desk solution.
The Council currently makes use of an in house Service Desk system and as part of our own transformation we are looking to replace this with a modern cloud based system that will offer better self service, support further flexible/agile working practices, be available at any time of day, and is accessible both over the corporate network and the internet.
