Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to carry out refurbishment and decoration works to seven Hackney Libraries. The works are expected to start in January 2019 and the contract will be awarded for three years. The estimated budget for year one is £250k. The budget for years 2 and 3 will be confirmed on annual basis.
