Description

Provision of health services for children and young people in Bromley aged 0 to 19 years. Effective Public Health approaches should deliver evidence based action in the following life stages:
• Best Start: Encompassing Pre-Conception until the age of Five (5);
• Growing Well: Encompassing School Age Children and Young People.
Importantly the actions taken should focus on parents and carers not only the children and young people through a 'whole-family' approach.
The Healthy Child Programme is the heart of Public Health Services for children and families bringing together the evidence on delivering good health, well-being and resilience for every child.
