Description

The University is looking to source a supplier who can re-upholster some furniture. There are circa 150 furniture items to be re-upholstered.

It is a mandatory requirement of this tender that the supplier can attend site on the 23rd June 2021 to assess the furniture and then submit a tender return by the specified date. If suppliers are interested in submitting a tender return then a site visit must be requested through the correspondence part of this system.

Attached are the branding guidelines pagers 17-19, if suppliers could provide swatches as the best match for all the colours in the palette and material type. Please bring this information when attending the site visit. This is a mandatory requirement of this tender.

The University require that the furniture is back by mid September for the start of the new academic year. This is a mandatory requirement of this tender.


This will be awarded against the University's standard purchasing terms and conditions.
