Description

The Department for International Development (DFID) is seeking a Supplier with extensive skills and experience in delivering large-scale monitoring, evaluation and learning programmes in complex environments to deliver the next phase of the Monitoring & Evaluation of DFID's Somalia Humanitarian Programme (MESH II). The service will be provided for the 2018-2022 Somalia Humanitarian and Resilience Programme (SHARP) and the Somali Health and Nutrition Programme (SHINE) 2016-2021.
