Description

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint a contractor to provide high quality design and construction works to deliver a new community centre facility as well as market housing-led development (with associated parking and green space/landscaping) to replace the existing Heather House and Pavilion Building sites. The existing community facilities on both sites are in poor condition, particularly Heather House and so expensive to maintain and operate. A redevelopment scheme is therefore considered necessary.
