To support our ambitious climate emergency targets, we are seeking a supplier to provide the Combined Authority (CA) with an all-in-one digital SaaS (software as a service) platform that can be used by the CA to design, launch, host and develop a web-based Net Zero Investment Prospectus for West Yorkshire.
