The new building will include:-
Ground floor-4 large changing rooms,
2 umpires changing rooms,
a garage facility,
public toilets,
First floor-a cafe for 75 people with associated servery, storage
WC facilities,
and an office facility for Patchway Town council staff.
The flat roof of the garage will be used as an external terrace
for viewing sport.
