Description

SuperSTEM, the UK National Research Facility for Advanced Electron Microscopy, which is operated under the auspices of the School of Chemical and Process Engineering (SCAPE) at the University of Leeds, is seeking tenders for a versatile Ion Beam Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) specimen preparation (thinning) and finishing system, equipped with a cryo-stage for low temperature sample preparation.
