WWF-UK are looking for an expert, external third party (with a strong economic analysis capability) to assess the scope for addressing the economic and social costs associated with fuel poverty through an additional, targeted public funding commitment from 2025 to 2030 delivering energy efficiency measures to low-income households at risk of fuel poverty in Great Britain (GB). The analysis should focus on the scope for moving as many low-income households as possible at risk of fuel poverty in Great Britain to a level of energy efficiency standard represented by Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band level C by 2030.
