Description

North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) wishes to commission the services of a consultancy team to undertake an independent evaluation of the £12m Growing the Humber - Business Investment Programme 2015 - 2020 and produce an Evaluation Report with a separate set of Case Studies.

This Humber wide programme was launched by the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) in April 2015 and has been delivered through a partnership agreement between the Authority and the LEP.
