Description

Citizen wishes to tender a framework for the provision of Remedial Works and Repairs from Insurance Claims for properties across the Citizen Group (Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford) to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. The contract to be utilised will be the Standard Property Services template (copy to be uploaded to In-tend) and will be let for a duration of 4 (four) years.
Citizen envisages to procure between 5 and 8 contractors to be apart of this framework, however, Citizen reserves the right to award to less depending on the quantity of submissions received.
We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers.
