Description
To Council has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Herbicides & Spraying Equipment.
Our requirements are listed within the attached excel spread sheet together with the estimated annual usage quantities and our preferred units of supply. However, this is not an exhaustive list and there may be additional items/requirements we may need from time to time.
Products and application equipment may be subject to change due to legislation. The successful supplier will be required to source alternatives as required and provide any necessary training as appropriate.
The successful supplier must provide a service to collect, carry and dispose of all herbicide related packaging, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act. Please indicate if there is a cost associated to this provision within the attached excel spread sheet.
Where possible quote for the branded products listed, however if you do not supply these, please quote for alternative brands.
The majority of goods will be delivered to the Council's Taylors Lane Depot in Oldbury but there may be occasions where deliveries will need to go to specified sites within the Borough. Prices should be inclusive of delivery charges when added to the 'Price per unit of supply' column, of the price schedule.
The estimated value of the contract is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum and the contract period will be for 3 years commencing 1st August 2017 until 31st July 2020.
