Renewal of software maintenance for existing Ivanti HEAT licence holdings, purchase of additional licensing and consultancy call off days for technical support for one year with the option to extend the contract by a further 12 months. Maintenance, additional licensing, and consultancy / technical support Pricing: Suppliers must provide firm pricing for the following; Software Maintenance Renewal: Suppliers must provide maintenance costs options for renewing existing Ivanti/HEAT Service Management licensing from 15th August 2019 to 14th July 2020, in respect of the following holdings; - 10 x HTPCF0004 Ivanti Service Management Concurrent (P) Maintenance licences - 30 x HTPCF0003 Ivanti Service Management Named (P) Maintenance - 10 x HTPCF0015 Ivanti Service Management Named 2015 (P) Maintenance.
