The works described comprise the completion of building works of 9 industrial units located at Unity Park off Silverwoods Way. The works are to be completed by February 2021 (TBC) and include the completion of building, works, sanitary provision; external, infrastructure, surfacing and landscaping works; water utility connections and fencing
