Description

Trinity House is looking for a wave tank research resource to aid in the development of navigation buoy hull design. We would be looking to commission the model manufacture, tank testing and data collation and analysis to inform ongoing Trinity House designs which are looking to increase the stability of floating light structures. These are based on a 3mt diameter skirted buoy body which carries a superstructure on which are mounted navigation aids, principally, a light and its supporting power system.
