Description

Internal Office Refurbishment and External DDA Compliant Ramp. Works generally comprise the supply and construction/alterations
• Minor soft strip & demolition of demountable partitions.
• Alterations to the suspended ceiling integrating new with old.
• Removal of extract & supply air to the redundant Interview room back to the external walls, Including removal of vertical ducts within the office space & blocking up of external holes.
• Minor electrical alterations & repositioning of existing sockets on Trunking.
• Removal & amendments to Radiator positions, locally affected by other works.
• Redecoration of the complete area throughout.
• Removal of all sanitary ware & alteration of services to all GF toilets including renewal of sanitary ware & provision of full height tiling to walls.
• Replacement doors
• Replacement flooring including preparation
• Install new kitchenettes
• Installations of window blinds
• External Ramp Removal and Reconstruction.
