Description

Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) intends to enter into a Contract with the preferred Tendered on a thirty-six-month initial contract term, with an option to extend the contract by up to twenty-four months with each extension being a period of twelve-months.

The contract will consist of the installation of replacement boilers and the associated works within IBC properties which may be commercial, rented homes or sheltered schemes. All buildings are located within the borough of Ipswich.

The council considers that TUPE applies to this contract.
