Description
The Marble Hill Stable Block Cafe project consists of refurbishment and re-ordering of the internal space of the ground floor of existing Grade II Listed Stable Block. The building brief is to provide a high quality commercial cafe within the heritage setting of Marble Hill House and Park.
English Heritage intends to appoint a contractor under a Traditional Contract with Architect as Contract Administrator and Lead consultant.
Contractors to demonstrate previous relevant experience of working with Listed Buildings in sensitive heritage settings as well as technical and professional ability for commercial catering facilities.
