Procuring and appointing the design team and surveys required to deliver the Pre-Development Services including:
(a) Agreeing commercial terms with members of the professional team and instructing surveys and where reports are issued, they are done in joint names or with letters of reliance to the Council;
(b) competitive fee arrangements; and
(c) Entering formal deeds of appointments as necessary and providing collateral warranties to the Council.
