Description

Framework Agreement for the direct delivery of Office Supplies and Equipment to public sector organisations

A full range of nationally recognised manufacturer brands as well as non-branded products that are suitable for an office environment, educational establishment, the NHS, charities and other public sector bodies.
The Supplier will be required to provide delivery services throughout the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (including Jersey, Guernsey, the Scilly island and Scottish Islands).

The procurement process adopted by the Contracting Authority is based upon the 'Open' Procedure, as detailed in the 'Public Contract Regulations 2015'. In brief the process will be as follows:
Only those organisations that expressed their interest in this opportunity via the Kent Business Portal will receive this Invitation to Tender (ITT)
• All submitted compliant bids will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained within this document
Member Authorities or buying organisations that will be using the Agreement from the outset are:

Hampshire County Council
Kent County Council (via KCS Professional Services)
Suffolk County Council

Other public bodies will have access to this Agreement but may only do so with the Agreement of the Contracting Authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this Agreement will be members, affiliates and associates of the CBC Group, Local government authorities, the Police Service, the Fire Service, the NHS & NHS Trusts, third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies), publicly funded organisations and publicly owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
