To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP)

To complete exterior alterations and refurbishment of at Salisbury Arcade, Salisbury Road, Totton, SO40 3HX.

The scope of works comprises of the following to the Arcade:

Reduction and refurbishment of the existing flat roof canopy.

Repair and clean the pavement.

Supply and install new planters and seating.

Upgrade and addition of lighting to the Arcade.

Provision of new branding, signage, and pavement markings.
