The purpose of the contract is to replace the existing timber bird hides with related surfacing, remove disused assets such as old fencing and biodiversity improvements. The works include:
• Remove old Bird Hides and replace with New
• Remove disused fencing across the site
• Biodiversity improvements including cutting back existing vegetation along the canal edge
• Remedial works to existing hard surfaces.
• Removal of disused picnic benches and bird hide screen
