Description

Redruth Revival CIC seeks to appoint an architect-led design team for the refurbishment of the historic Buttermarket and Mining Exchange complex in the centre of Redruth. This is a 19th century cluster of buildings around an open market courtyard just off Fore St in Redruth town centre, partly listed at Grade II - the project is part of the Redruth High Street Heritage Action Zone scheme that runs from 2020 to early 2024. The overall project cost across 2 phases is estimated at around 2 million GBP.
