Description

Output specification for an emergency evacuations system for a property of high occupancy with hybrid working patterns.

We require a solution that is a compliant evacuation system for our organisation, which provides an accepted method for completing a site wide 'sweep' during an evacuation.

As a minimum the supplier must asses the site specific requirements, understand the different needs of the operations on site, working patterns and site layouts to provide the best solution. This should be in conjunction with the site Fire Risk Assessment and current fire safety equipment.

Supplier must include installation, training and support as part of the final solution. updating on site plans and any O&M manuals if required.

Site visit or digital site plans can be provided to support suppliers with preparing quotations.

Completion of all works and payments must be completed by 31st March 2024.
