Description

City of York Council is looking to transfer Haxby Hall Care Home to a provider who is committed to improving the environment and services delivered from the site, demonstrating experience of delivering a range of quality services for older people in local communities. All Haxby Hall residents, and therefore the Council staff, will transfer to the new provider, who will be obliged to maintain uninterrupted and high standard care to those residents who transfer.
