Description

The Home Office is seeking bids for grant funding for the Facilitated Return Scheme 2020/22.

Background:
The Home Office undertakes to deport or remove Foreign National Offenders (and their dependants) by providing reintegration assistance and support via the grant recipient.

The grant recipient will promote and assist the voluntary removal of Foreign National Offenders helping them to leave the UK and return to their home country with reintegration support when they arrive.

Further details of the requirement can be found in the Statement of Outcomes document attached to this notice.

This is a Grant Funded scheme which has been running for a
number of years. The period of the grant will be from 1 October 2020 for a period of 27 months until 31 December 2022.

The value of the grant funding until March 2021 is £120,000. Whilst it is intended that the requirement will continue to December 2022. Continuation after March 2021 will be subject to confirmation in 2021 of available budget.
