Description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the Contract for the Door Access Solution, Associated Works and Additional Electrical Works for the Denise Coates Foundation Building Smart Innovation Hub (SIH). This tender is for the supply, installation, commissioning and support of a Door Access Control Solution to complement the current system installed. The tender also includes associated works to the door access control solution and additional electrical works. This additional equipment needs to address two main areas, improving building security and to support segmentation of students, staff and commercial tenants within the building.
Door systems will be installed, throughout the building:
- Lower ground floor, meeting rooms, circulation spaces and entrance door
- Upper ground floor rented space
- First floor rented space
- External bicycle shelter
Works required to facilitate the above access controls and additional electrical works.
