Description

The small services project is committed to an on-going programme of user research to support the transition from Alpha to Private Beta phases and beyond. The project is in a critical stage and will be undergoing several stages to move into Public Beta by Autumn 2016.

User Research is pivotal in supporting this and the Authority requires provision of a Lab Testing facility to support this activity through private and public Beta stage. On-going user research is critical to the on-going development of the service. Without input from service users we will be unable to give GDS ongoing assurance that we are meeting their requirements or that we are developing the services our users require.
