Description

Timetabling and Room Booking System
The University of East Anglia (UEA) is a seeking to replace the current timetabling and room booking software.
Timetabling activity both prior to and post set up phase is a highly labour intensive process therefore, a new dynamic and integrated timetabling system is required to reduce the high volume of manual intervention.  The new system will be expected to automate the venue and staff management process, aid the examination timetabling and generate notifications as well as manage any late changes to the timetable.
The University is seeking to establish a system that is suited to our student and staff needs. Through the implementation of a new system the UEA is seeking to make efficiency gains, enhance the student experience, and improve staff satisfaction
