Description

Westminster City Council is developing a site at Church Street Triangle and has identified a key development opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs to lease 3 commercial units at numbers 66-72 and 62 on Church Street Triangle and the public convenience (WCs) on the junction of Salisbury Street and Church Street.

The development opportunity for the 3 commercial units require refurbishments works before the units can be leased to small businesses and local entrepreneurs. The works will include the refurbishment of both the WCs and the commercial space.

Contract start and end dates specified in this notice are subject to change.
Contract value is anticipated to be £900,000 - £1,000,000.
