Description

Hertsmere Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to Project Manage the construction of a new studio at Elstree Film Studio. The Construction Contract will be the JCT 2011 Design and Build Contract.

The planning application is expected to be considered in April 2016, therefore only services from RIBA stage 4 will be required. The value of the construction is estimated at £7 million for 21,000 sq ft Sound Stage with 26,000 sq ft of ancillary accommodation.
