Description
The works will include new full service installations (including a lift). The package will include constructing new office spaces, meeting areas, amenity rooms, welfare facilities, communal areas and the like to support the proposed layout. The project includes external equipment and hard and soft landscaping items. All building finishes will be renewed, and the tendering contractor will be responsible for the purchase of loose fixtures, furniture and equipment. The project is subject to a requirement to achieve a BREEAM "Very good" rating so tendering Contractors must either be ISO 14001 accredited or meet the requirements set out in the ITT Part B, Section 8.
The term of the contract shall be 6th January 2022 until 26th May 2022. There will be no option to extend these dates.
The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 3rd December 2021.
