Description

The Authority has been reviewing its Estate and following an Industry Day it has
elected to appoint a Commercial Property Agent(s) to assist in the next stage of
this review process. The Authority is seeking development appraisals and site
finding services for specific areas within its operational area of Devon and
Somerset. There may be future opportunity for further development appraisals
beyond the initial requirement as well as site finding and site disposal advice and
services.
