Description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering for a Small-scale Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system for the growth of III-V materials. The purchase is funded by a research grant from EPSRC (UK) which seeks to perform in-situ laser lithography inside a MBE reactor.
