The Council wishes to procure an aquatics provider who will be required to support the expansion and improvement of our learn to swim programme for both children and adults.

We require an appropriately qualified workforce who is continually developed to deliver our aquatics programmes. Our aquatics partner will support us in managing this demand in a pro-active and cost effective way.
