Description

Newcastle Laboratory, located at Science Central in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a bespoke design and build
commercial facility, offering approximately 80,000 square feet of high quality laboratory and office spaces to life
science and healthcare businesses.
The Council requires a Property Business Manager who will act on the Council's behalf to run the business,
manage the FM Contractor, and otherwise ensure that all other aspects of running the facility and business are
provided to the highest levels of quality.
