Description

Oxford City Council (OCC) have selected a preferred contractor to deliver 26 x 1 and 2 bed affordable units over 2 sites - 12 flats at Princes Street for social rent and 14 flats at Collins Street in East Oxford.
A contractor procurement exercise has been undertaken and a contractor selected (Life Build). The JCT build contract pack is currently being finalised.
OCC are seeking a Clerk of Works (as set out below) for the duration of the project from this point onwards until the end of the defects period.
NB. The community centre refurbishment and extension project in Princes Street will be developed in tandem with the housing development however the works will be carried out by a separate contractor.
