Description
The Scope of the Mountsorrel Fire Alarm Replacement Contract (the Contract) is the replacement and augmentation of the in situ fire alarm system in situ at the Client's Mountsorrel Highways Depot (The site).
The Client intends to appoint 1 (one) Contractor to carry out the works.
The site is the Client's Mountsorrel Highways Depot, which consists of five main blocks, ranging from workshops, storage and office accommodation.
Three of the blocks have fire alarm systems installed of varying manufacture and two of the blocks are without a fire system. The existing systems work independently of each other and only evacuate the building where the system has been activated.
It is proposed to have one system that can evacuate all areas with the capability to view the activation in any area and silence and reset from any area..
