The London Borough of Lewisham (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for a Highways Contract for Public Realm Works in Coulgate Street, Brockley on the terms and conditions set out in these instructions and the attached Contract Documentation. The words and expressions contained in these Instructions for Tendering have the same meaning that is ascribed in the Contract Documentation. The Conditions of Contract to be used will be the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract (ICC) Measurement Version (Aug 2011).
