Description

The base build is to completely renovate and upgrade an existing building envelope, which has an internal floor area of circa 50 square metres, replacing the timber wall cladding with sweet chestnut weather boarding and replacing the asbestos cement roof sheeting with a grey single ply membrane with standing seams. Both walls and roof will be insulated in the process. The existing entrance doors and high level windows are no longer serviceable and will need to be replaced, as will the rainwater goods.
